Mr. Anderson represents lenders in both state and federal courts; in residential and commercial real estate transactions, non-judicial foreclosures and related litigation; title claims, judicial foreclosures, eviction, contract disputes, as well as lender representation in consumer and commercial bankruptcy cases. Mr. Anderson concentrates his practice in commercial law, with a particular emphasis in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors' rights and residential foreclosures. Mr. Anderson also advises business clients on a wide range of corporate matters. He is fluent in the Spanish language.
