Mr. Emerson served as primary counsel for TeamBank in a lender liability suit in which a take nothing judgment was rendered in favor of the Defendant. During the 1990's, Mr. Emerson successfully defended Bank of America in a series of lawsuits arising in connection with Bank of America's acquisition of assets of failed Texas savings and loans.
