Mr. Emerson represented Bank of America in a lawsuit in which the Plaintiff made claims for intentional infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment in connection with certain occurrences at a Bank of America branch in Dallas, Texas. Plaintiff sought damages in excess of one million dollars. (Anderson v. Bank of America, the City of Dallas, et al., in the 192nd District Court of Dallas County). This matter concluded with the court granting a final take nothing judgment in favor of Bank of America.
